Dear East Lake Merchants:
Here's the full video and documents of the meeting for record. We are really in need a public garage in our East Lake area, the best location is between 7 ave along East 12th or International in the heart of East Lake. I hope City will buy these 957 E. 12th Street & 901 E. 12th Street or several others empty lot and turn into public parking garage. I myself as a merchant do rely on off street parking cause we have no parking at our building. When the City install street parking meter then I have no other option but to feed the meter every time it get expired. We as a merchant should focus our business so monthly parking is a must to have for all of us and our employees. This whole BRT AC-transit will affect all of us here, if customer can't find the parking then we'll be in doom deep troubles. This is at least the City and AC-transit can help us out to saves our community. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

For all these three questions, what actions can merchants engage to make this assistance package happen.
