Just beware if you've got the dents in your vehicle for no reason. The guy in the Video link below whom I believed is responsible for a lots of damage in our neighborhood. This incident happen to my Van which parked in front of my business during broad day light. If you have any dents, please report to the Oakland Police Department to have the shoes print checked out. I did talk to some people in the neighborhood and they too have seen that guy kicked people vehicle but didn't think any damage at all or it's not their vehicle so they don't even bother. I'll notify the local police officer if they do see this guy riding a small bike around then just have him arrested.
Also in the Video, there a car theft happen at 5am same day, please look out for that theft and he's also riding a bike, too. Included in the video are the pictures of the theft n the madness. Just hope and cross our finger to catch these bad guys. The final footage of the video is a Waste Management garbage truck which trashed the whole Little Saigon's neighborhood of East Lake. It's been two days and they don't even bother to clean it up, very sad that they don't respect Oaklander. If this happen somewhere in Alameda , Orinda or Walnut Creek I bet they'll cleanup in a heart beat
